I called James on Monday night 02/01/2023 which was public holiday and he was the first one to pick up my call after I tried few other numbers from google. He asked me on the phone to send him the picture of switchboard and we did troubleshoot the issue and we had the power back. He followed up with me next day as well. I would recommend anyone who needs help with electrician to give call to James. Five stars from me. :)

James and his team have been a pleasure to work with. They were professional and very easy going. They understood my requirements for downlights along the sides on my home. They also suggested and updated my existing lights inside. It was very easy to communicate with James and his team and they were always responsive. They do a great job. Well priced, fair costs, and knowledgeable (safe work, and don't take poor short cuts that another group were suggesting rather than wiring properly through roof, once a few years ago). Also helpful when i added an extra task to last work this month (extra switch to look at). Friendly and helpful people. Have had them do a few jobs, and would call them again.
