Extremely rude and unhelpful man while dropping off a parcel who was extremely reluctant to help or any direction. Made me feel really uncomfortable. Instead I went to the next closest parcel point in Willeton, and didn't have any problems with the drop off.

Went in today to cash in lottery winnings from about seven tickets. Came up to less than $300, the guy/owner told us never to come back unless the tickets were purchased at the store. Claiming he was a small business and to go somewhere else. Just spoke down to us and just rude!Don't worry, we won't come back! Didn't realise the money was coming out of your pocket.

Very unpleasant and unfriendly owner. No customer service at all. My experience at this store was extremely unpleasant. Don't wanna go there any more for anything!!!!

Fantastic new looking after a thorough renovation. Organized gift/stationery/cards ranges, bright spacious shopping lanes, fashionable Lotto counter, and very efficient and friendly service. New owner is very nice, never surcharge for paying by POS even tiny amount, and still offer goods in the case of being short of little changes.

Went to Kingfisher to purchase Lotto ticket. The staff is really nice and patient and explained much differences between several games. Recently refurbished, looks neat and clean. Excellent experience at Kingfisher!
