The delivery person is taking the deliveries directly to the post office without attempting to deliver them and I have been told that this delivery center is responsible for deliveries to the Bankstown area.Even after lodging a complaint on Australia Post website, I am very disappointed to say that the situation has not improved. Now I am feeling lost and don't know what to do. It seems like their complaint process is not as effective as it should be.

The people at the post are really nice, they are supportive and help me a lot. Thank you so much for such a great service! Enthusiasm, efficiency and patience are three of many things that I found in this workplace.

Review not necessary as this place is only for Australia Post & StarTrack employees plus a few people that might go in there to conduct business. There’s no public access, that’s why I said that a review is not necessary or warranted.
