Hound Dog Fit
HDF is a great gym and a small town like Pittsworth very lucky to have such experienced coaches and state of the art equipment. Gym is designed for all fitness levels and ages and is very reasonably priced for what's on offer!

Hound Dog Fit
Hound Dog Fit is an amazing place to train whether it be in group classes, PT sessions, programs designed just for you or just doing your own thing. You will always feel welcome and a sense of belonging to this community regardless of your physical abilities. Awesome trainers, Amazing equipment and always improving plus 24/7 access. A true asset to our small town. I would highly recommend Hound Dog Fit for all your training needs.

Hound Dog Fit
I have been an active member of Hound Dog Fit for a number of years because they provide excellent value for money when it comes to your physical (& mental) well being. The staff are highly qualified, are conitnuously learning and passionate about what they do. Hound Dog Fit focuses on longterm functional fitness rather than quick-fix gimics that don't work. When I joined I was unhappy, unhealthy, and had poor body composition. With the support of HDF I am now happy, healthy & have a strong body capable of doing anything from ultra trails to tackling everyday things that life throws at me. If you want a strong capable body drop into HDF - they will help you achieve & maintain that, all you need to do is show up & give it a go. It truley is a gym for everyone!

Friendly, professional team has created a program to prepare a very unfit person to be able to participate in a 30k walk. I highly recommend Hound Dog. Dan has been an excellent trainer. Well maintained equipment and the hours I can attend the gym are perfectly suited to my weird shift hours.

I'm not a member of Hound Dog but my husband Lloyd is,he can't speak more highly of the team and really enjoys his workouts.Lindy and Dan are aware of Lloyd's health issues and give him a lot of support and encouragement.

I've been a member since the gym first opened. Staff are skilled, helpful and produce personal programs that take into account my goals and my physical limitations. The gym is extremely well-equipped. It's become a valued part of my life.

Hound Dog Fit
This is a great gym where the training programs are tailored for your individual needs. Over the 10 years of training with them I have trained for events, trained for regular sport and also had injury rehab. Programs have been adjusted to my needs all the way along. The trainers are very knowledgeable and can substitute exercises if you are unable to do something for any reason.There is a great range of equipment for use with regular new additions. This keeps the training fun and challenging.My Friday is not the same without Bootcamp. It has never got any easier, you just push yourself harder.
