Allpet House Sitters

From the time of the enquiry, Allpet Housesitters were extremely thorough and professional to deal with. Our housesitter, Simon, went out of his way to make us feel comfortable prior to and during the sit (it was our first time leaving the house and dogs without a family member present). The dogs received lots of walks and cuddles while we were away, and the house was in perfect condition on our return. Cannot recommend Simon (and Allpet Housesitters) highly enough.

Florita and Martin have looked after my two elderly Maltese, Lulu and Ollie, and my house twice. They are both very caring with the dogs and their routines etc and my house was spotless - I would not hesitate to have them back and to recommend them to other clients.

Our most recent pet sit from All Pet House Sitters was in April 2023. Clem and Kevin were absolutely amazing sitters while we were away. We received regular updates and photos, showing our cat and dog getting thoroughly spoilt. Our dog, Pepe was taken to his favourite park and even on picnics. Both he and our cat received lots of cuddles and fuss. We returned a completely spotless house and 2 very happy furbabies. And even a personalised card from Clem! I can thoroughly recommend AllPet House Sitters. The office ladies are very helpful with any queries. All sitters are vetted and we feel completely confident and happy to have them stay in our home.

Mason from Allpets spent a week house-sitting and looking after our 2-year old spoodle, who is a fussy eater and can be pretty active and demanding. Mason provided wonderful care to him. Generally our dogs are left outside during the day - The particular week we were away however, was the first week in May 2023 (the wettest week for decades) so Mason left him inside to make sure he was safe and dry. Additionally, as our flights were delayed on the final day, this meant that he was left inside for much longer than usual, so Mason made a special trip back (he had left that morning) to let him out and clean up/mop the floors for us before we finally arrived home. We are used to our pet having accidents occasionally (and expected to return to one or two) but it was a wonderful surprise to not only find him happy, clean and warm (in his little coat) but the whole house mopped and cleaner than we had left it! We would definitely recommend Mason/Allpets to anyone needing responsible pet/house-sitting. Allpets is a well-priced, committed pet-sitting service who obviously vet their sitters really well, and the service from the whole team is great.

We’ve been using the services of Allpets for 12 years now and have always found that the sitters provided are very pet friendly and generally leave the house clean and tidy.Our sitter for this 8 week trip was Mike Richards. He did a great job of caring for our two and a half year old pups, kindly taking them to their ‘hairdresser’ on two occasions for grooming.They are happy and healthy as always.The house was clean and tidy - nice to come home to.We have no hesitation in recommending Mike and Allpets in general to anyone needing pet/house sitters. The perfect solution.

We've had used Allpet House Sitters on 3 occasions now, when we've been away on holidays. Each time they have looked after our dog, our home and our garden, including the goldfish pond. We've been very happy with each house sitter and with how happy and healthy our dog was on our return. Our pot plants had been watered and the home was left clean and tidy, as we had left it. We also appreciated that each house sitter kept us in touch with how things were going with our dog and sent as photos from time to time too.The AllPet admin also communicated well with us and replied to emails and phone messages promptly, if we had to contact them out of office hours. We have already booked another Allpet house sitter for our next trip in 2023.

This is the 4th time we have used Allpet House Sitters. Each time we have had such lovely people come and look after our beloved greyhound Ebony and our home. It gives us great peace of mind knowing our dog is comfortable and being cared for in her own home while we are away. Also, the cost per day works out cheaper than kennels, and we have the added bonus that our house is not left unoccupied and the pool and garden are being looked after too. It is always a worry when travelling who to trust with your beloved pets and house and garden. I have been using Allpets for a couple of years now and highly recommend their sitters who not only take great care of our dog but also the house and garden. The house is neat and tidy on our return. You meet the sitters beforehand so you know exactly who will be looking after your pet. Everyone is flexible and the office handles everything beautifully. A very comprehensive questionnaire is filled in beforehand so nothing is left to chance. Great service.

We had an excellent experience with Allpet Sitters - our house/pet sitter was amazing with our furbaby when we went on a familt holiday. We got updates on how he was doing and she left the house in fantastic condition. The team are very responsive and work quickly to find you a sitter and the website is easy to use and the booking process was simple and concise. We will definitely use them again!
