Todd was very informative and went above and beyond. He is very knowledgeable about the local area and was happy to answer any questions. He was on time and helped with bags/offered cold water and was super friendly. Very quick with text/responses and flexible. Picked up and dropped us off door to door. Great service and comfortable transit can ride.
