I just received a book I ordered from St Pauls and I'm extremely pleased with the service I've received from them. They responded to my queries very promptly, the book arrived literally arrived the very next day, it was packaged very carefully, and the invoice was all there with it. Everything went beyond my expectations. It is refreshing to to see there are still organisations out there capable of delivering excellent service!

Their website listed store hours from 9am to 5pm today, 23 Dec. I was there from 845am. Store did not open at 9. I rang the door bell, no answer. Rang their phone line and left a message. Waited.until 945am, store still closed. Rang buzzer and phone line and left a message.
