Thank you to Gail and the team. We ordered our fort 5 years ago and kids still love it. We ordered a new part and I forgot to update our delivery address. Gail was onto it urgently and ensured delivery to the right address. Even though it was my fault Gail was so good at rectifying the situation! Highly recommended these cubby houses and accessories!
