Store manager Troy is great, he will help out with all you needs to Hobby. Store have a lot of activities for both new and experience players. They close on Monday and Tuesday for now, check their Facebook if you need update. Highly recommended.

I've travelled to GW's all over the world and haven't found one as good as this. Troy is a massive asset to GW, He engages with customers in a friendly way and helps them reach their hobby goals. It's always a pleasure to visit Castle Hill GW.

Popped in to pick up some paint after years of being out of the hobby and was really impressed with Troy, the store manager. Extremely knowledgeable and very friendly, patient and helpful. A terrific ambassador for the brand and for the hobby in general.

Only reason I buy some of my products from the store instead of purely online would definitely be the owner. He goes out of his way to extraordinary levels and is just great in general. Troy really gets to know his customers and goes the extra mile! Defineatly worth a trip if your into the hobby!
