They told me he couldn't help me with my face book telling me it's got something about privacy act and told me where l could get holp.much better then the one at Caloundra which told me nothing and were quite rude many thanks to the Nambour fellowThanks to him I nov have my face book.

Charlee is an asset to the Telstra store team. I came in to order my iPhone 14 Pro Max and even through slow downs due to the number of people ordering at once she continued to try her best to get it sorted for me. The process was seemless and pain free and she answered every question that I had with ease. She will be the person I see from now on

I am extremely impressed with the service that we have received from Ricky Hazelton. He has been very prompt with his service and provided updated every step of the way. We have used a visited a few Telstra stores over the years and have never had this level of professional service. Thanks Ricky!

Absolutely amazing service at the nambour store. After going to kawana store twice wanting 3 new phones for the family and walking out of the store both times empty handed I was ready to sign up with optus but I gave the nambour store the last chance and within 15 minutes I walked out of the store with everything sorted. I just went back again today to get a screen protector and again I was served really fast and as a bonus they installed the protector for me flawlessly. Couldn't be happier with the service

While ricky helped me switch a linked sim to my phone, he left out the fact it could take up to 24 hrs to start working again. He said it would take half an hour and it'll be good. Not great when you require google maps to get back home 50 mins away and it takes a few hours instead. Next time tell your customer what can actually happen and not leave out details that are important.

Would like to sincerely thank Jed and in particular Tom for all their assistance over the past couple of weeks with our NBN, Telstra and finally our dead modem. The patience shown by Tom in particular at the start of the process was greatly appreciated. The frustration in dealing with someone in a service centre is extremely frustrating and intolerable. Having such brilliant associates available to help customers face to face should never be under valued. Thanks for all your assistance Tom and Jed.

I would like to compliment one of the Nambour Telstra staff.Today I called into Telstra at Nambour as my very treasured senior phone" had stopped charging. It was the end of the world.I had the good luck to be served by a very helpful and polite young man - "WILL" - who took charge of the problem and tried everything before I decided it was time to buy a new phone - yes a "seniors" phone.! Will took time to populate all my contacts over to the new phone
