The Bungalow Sawtell

The Bungalow was amazing. Private, super clean and stylish. The attention to the small details made the stay feel even better. I have to say, having a nice cold beer after a long drive from Sydney was just perfect!The location was perfect, just across from the beach and a short stroll to the local shops. Local recommendations were great as well.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will likely stay again!Perfect for couples!

Had a awesome stay at The Bungalow Sawtell. The Bungalow is beautiful, clean and very well styled. 5 stars from us. Cannot wait to go back. Close to everything. Park the car, walk to Cafes, Restaurants, pub, clubs, bakeries, boutiques, and beach. It has everything you need and the Hosts are great and full of knowledge of the area. Hubby went fishing while here and caught a personal best Snapper. Looking forward to coming back so I can relax while Hubby goes fishing. Very relaxing quiet area. Sit back in the beautiful courtyard reading a good book, listening to the crashing of the waves. Thanks for a wonderful stay

Had a great 2 night stay at the Bungalow Sawtel. Lovely little cabin style accomodation with all the mod cons as well. Easy walk to the beach and shops/restaurants. Would definately stay again.

Fantastic! Really enjoyed our stay at the Bungalow. Booked for 2 nights to break up our trip up the coast for a resort stay. Could have just stayed the rest of our holiday in Sawtell. The Bungalow is a perfect location, opposite the beach and short stroll to restaurants. The owners have put a lot thought into the set up, you will find everything you need. Highly recommend. I just LOVE the Bungalow!Such a stylishly trendy place to stay, yet comfortable and inviting. The position is amazing, directly opposite the beach. We were even lucky enough to see the fireflies at night... so beautiful!Will definitely return to The Bungalow. The hosts were super friendly and helpful, though gave us our space. Just what we wanted. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

An amazing little space for a couple, the bungalow is truly special. Located just five minutes from the main street of Sawtell, it is just “across the road” from the beach but hidden away in a quiet street so you would never know everything is so close. The bungalow is beautifully decorated with quality furniture and fittings. The kitchen is well equipped but be aware there is no conventional stove, just an electric hotplate and a microwave/convection oven. With so many great cafes and restaurants, we only used the kitchen for easy breakfast and lunches so it was more than adequate. The bed is comfortable and the linen sheets were just beautiful to sleep on so we both enjoyed a very restful sleep. Craig, our host, was fantastic with excellent information and great recommendations. We will be back!

So much to love about The Bungalow Sawtell. I really enjoyed my stay here. It felt like a much needed sanctuary after a very busy stressful period in my life. The location was great. Short walk to the village cafes, shop and restaurants - you can even walk via the beach. I loved that I could walk across the road to the beach for a walk and swim. The place is very clean, tidy, peaceful and quiet with no traffic. Loved that there was everything I needed, beach towels, outdoor shower, washing machine, comfortable bed and couch. Enjoyed the front deck to sit in the sun with my morning pastry and coffee. Hosts are very friendly and proactive in communicating to make sure I had what I needed. Thank you Craig and Melissa. I will definitely be back again!

Staying at the Bungalow was perfect. The location is 30seconds away from the beach. The Bungalow itself is absolutely beautiful and perfect for a romantic getaway. Its clean, rustic and beautifully styled. The hosts were wonderful and extremely helpful. I could not recommend this place enough, it is amazing!
