Updated after the Response from Dealer:Lets use facts:1. Dustin is not the sales manager - When asked what happens if we decide not to purchase the vehicle after a test drive, he responded authoritatively that the down payment wont be refunded irrespective of the clause. I'm referring to the authority whom I talked.2. Upon reviewing the call (section in your respone) - Calls do not substantiate anything other than individual claims. Can you provide written confirmation (text maybe) that we agreed to pick up the vehicle without a test drive"? Ready may mean in your dictionary to register it but not in general.3. I was never notified about the vehicle's registration until I was informed that it had been completed. I promptly responded that I had not done the test drive then how it was registered? Then they began speaking in he said

Recently I made the big decision to buy a new car and I’d had a bit of trouble in finding my dream car, however the team at Harrison Suzuki made the process a dream. Immediately upon arrival Dustin helped me find the car I was looking for and had amazing patience with all of my, and my Dad’s, questions. There was no pressure to make any hard and fast decisions, which I’ve felt in the past at other dealerships. The business manager, whose name I unfortunately can’t quite remember, was also very helpful in giving me a great deal to help in my financial situation. Derek helped with all of my financing needs and explained the entire process to me as it was my first time financing. He made me feel comfortable to ask any questions with no judgement. Overall the team at Harrison Suzuki were kind, caring and extremely professional. I would recommend this business to anyone looking to buy a new car.
