Matt provided excellent customer service and advice, I was expecting to have to replace up to 4 fridge/Freezer seals but Matt said it wasn't necessary and all I needed was 2 door adjustments to line up the existing seals properly. He didn't charge a call out fee which other companies quoted and gave advice on cleaning and maximising the effectiveness of my seals.Would highly recommend to anyone

Matt came and got the job done. Thought I needed seals repaired and instead Matt was able to let me know it was just the freezer door that was misaligned. Honest approach...so thumbs up. He took precautions during COVID and wore gloves. Highly recommend.

Very unprofessional and not responsive. Did not come at all even though they specified a time where they were meant to be, waited for them over an hour before calling back to check if they were coming for a quote. Never came and wasted my whole morning. We were willing to pay for it but I guess they misunderstood otherwise. The guy that picked up said i go to wherever the money is first" before hanging up the call. Would not recommend this service
