Friendly, knowledgable and patient customer service can be found at Musiclab. In addition to having a great stock catalogue, they also do on-site repairs of audio equipment (amplifiers, speakers, and other production gear.) Definitely worth a visit.

Excellent service from Blake. I bought some Dynaudio studio monitors and was able to spend plenty of time comparing a number of monitors before making my purchase. We went through a range of different music styles so I was able to be certain the monitors would suit me. Online reviews are handy but nothing better than being able to audition the gear in person.
