I recently had a cold / flu that I couldn’t shake. I booked a remote consultation with renae and she sent me a custom tonic to take and some supplements and I was back to full heath really quickly. Renae is easy to talk to, followed up with me and I’ll definitely be back. Thank you Renae.

Such a beautiful nurturing space. Food is divine, wholesome and nourishing and Renee, as well as being an insightful and compassionate naturopath who has helped me with many ailments, is a consummate host to this lovely space. Perfect for a quiet lunch break and some quality 'me time'.

Nourish & Breathe is the most beautiful Apothecary space to enjoy a quiet tea or delicious snack or lunch meal. As for Renae, she is an amazing naturopath who genuinely cares and wants to help her clients. She is thorough and always has time to answer questions. Would highly recommend paying her a visit.

After battling fatigue, immune system dysfunction and recurrent debilitating UTIs, Renae was a last hope. She managed to transform my health holistically and treat the cause rather than the symptoms, which Western medicine (and much money!) had failed to do. I’ve recommended Renae to a number of friends and family and they too have been impressed with her thoroughness and scope of practice.

Renae was a huge help when I couldn't shake a sickness. I was sick for 10 weeks and reached out to Renae on zoom- she listening well, asked the appropriate questions and organised some magic liquid that helped me kick the sickness to the curb. I felt like myself again. Renae also helped my daughter when she was suffering difficult periods. As I approach menopause (far too rapidly for my liking) I will be booking in with Renae to help me not lose my mind ;)

Renae (and her potions) really helped me to get my stress levels under control and supported me on my journey to and through pregnancy. She has a grounding and strong presence and I think she has a way of meeting you where you are at while also helping you through barriers. Definitely someone to have in your corner!
