Clearly you don’t educate your customers regarding bin placement. Domino’s Pizza in Melton constantly block the disabled parking access area with bins.As a business providing a service it is also your responsibility to ensure “Good business practices” are followed. When the bins have been emptied by your service, maybe spend the 60 seconds to have the bins moved out of the disabled access area.
