Sephora @ Broadway Shopping Centre

I'm 26 and couldn't care less about customer service, but this experience really stood out. Save yourself the trouble and go to Sephora or Mecca in Pitt St Mall where there's *actual* service.I visited the store on Wednesday afternoon (~4:30pm) to buy foundation and needed assistance finding the right swatch. There was a short brunette girl on the floor assisting" customers while others were hovered near the counter. I normally don’t do reviews, but today I had such a great experience with Sienna. She created a really welcoming and enjoyable experience, whilst being very knowledgeable. She recognised serving me previously, and was super personable and helpful :))

I came in to buy a concealer and was walking around trying to find somebody when a salesgirl came up and kindly approached me and offered her assistance, she showed me her makeup tricks and I ended up walking out with 8 items of her recommendation instead of 1 and I love them! Her customer service and knowledge on makeup is amazing and Sephora should be proud to have such a warm and welcoming employees like I seen today! I will be visiting this store more frequently now!!☺️

First time going into a Sephora and coming out with a positive result. Sarah was accommodating to my needs and assisted in all means possible. Didn’t try to sell me products I don’t need and focused on me and my skin type. Will definitely be returning to see her. Beautiful lady

Monica was fantastic! She took the time to take me through what brow kit, eyeliner and mascara would be best for me. The Benefit eyeliner she recommended and tried on me is still on and hasn’t leaked onto my under eye area, which all other eye pencils tend to do. Great service and care, thanks Monica!

Amazing! It's no a big Sephora but you can find a lot of things.The personal is very kind. I don't buy makeup, I don't have experience with this but in this occasion I was looking a blush and one gorgeous girl could help me.
