I waited at the counter for approximately 5 minutes before I was served. I asked for a wet chai. They said they had “fresh leaves but it would just have to be powder today”. I said no thank you and went somewhere else. The service was not only disappointing but bordered on rude.

Very delicious coffee with fast service. The barista was very friendly and great at their job. The coffees came with a little berry cookie as well that was delicious. They also use locally sourced milk and locally roasted beans.

Terrible customer service. Ordered hot chocolates and a baby chino for my youngest kids; they were so hot that they burnt the kids. When I went back to explain what had happened I received absolutely no apology for what happened; instead I was served with well you should have ordered a warm chocolate then". Absolute rubbish. In 10 years I've always ordered a hot chocolate and specified it's for kids and it's never come out burning

Sorry but the coffee just isnt up to standard for the price. Both coffees i purchased, a cappuccino and a soy latte where weak and undrinkable.

Came here on a public holiday on our way home & despite this place looking very cute from the outside, I wish we went elsewhere. Waited a very long time for 2 coffees that tasted like milk.

Best coffee on on Mountjoy parade in Lorne. Great croissants and also eat Beg Samosa.Next door Milk Bar is a store that stocks all essentials required by locals and tourists.
