Ordered a Chunky Cookie gift box and received it super fast! I've had 2 out of 6 cookies so far and both have been incredible. So yummy and well presented. Would make a great lockdown pick me up gift for a friend, seeing as they look great, taste amazing and they're awesome value as well!

I cannot recommend Baked by the Bay highly enough! The cookies are an absolute delight, clearly made with love, and the service is first class. The ‘morning buzz’ rocky road was a highlight… but everything we tried was delicious! Look no further for a lockdown gift for others, or just a ‘cheat day’ indulgence for yourself.

I ordered cookies from Baked by the Bay for family members in Melbourne after finding them on the internet (I live in the US). The ordering process was easy, and I loved the ability to track my purchases on the shop app. I requested that the cookies be shipped the week before Christmas, and indeed they were. The cookies were well-received and look really yummy (wish I was there to try them out)! My stepmom has already started planning a trip out there to get more when they have finished their gift box! Excellent service and excellent product! Merry Christmas!

The Cookies and slices are not only super yummy - you can literally feel the love and attention that goes in every single treat as well as the delivery packs.I ordered custom-made cookies a number of times and only provided a brief of the person and occasion. Every time the cookies - Taste, colours as well as shapes/motives over-exceeded my expectations and brought the biggest smile on the special person’s face.I can highly recommend baked by the bay for both special occasions or everyday dessert, for loved ones or simply a treat to spoil yourself!

The service provided by Anelise was fantastic. On short notice, a gift box of chunky cookies was delivered to my parents for my Mum's birthday. The presentation was gorgeous and the biscuits delicious. I would definitely recommend ordering from Baked by the Bay. Everything was perfect!
