Allen and team, excellent customer service and workshop well presented. Allen I'm highly impressed with your mechanical knowledge and skill set. Allen is extremely straightforward in relation to costs. I must say his work on my 2019 / 2020 C63S upgrade stage 2 plus made a massive difference performance and sound wise. If you want a job done perfectly go to Allen and his team. You can't get better.

I have a great aversion to luxury car dealerships service departments. Aside from being overpriced it is all too easy for some young buck mechanic to pop the computer onto the car and read out the faults and proceed to repair everything without any real understanding as to what might have created the fault message. Then, at the next service it is a completely different young buck with no knowledge of the work history on your car plugging in to the computer. And so the cycle repeats.Allen and the team at International Autohaus are different. Yes they use the computer to check for faults etc. However, they are also very analog in the way they go about their craft. Old school. Knowledge and experience combine to offer great outcomes. I have been using them for nearly 10 years and will continue until the day I no longer drive a Mercedes Benz.These guys even answers their mobile phones on the weekend when you call them when your 'check engine light' come on and you panic. Name me a dealer service department that does that for you.Check them out. You will not be disappointed.

I have been to all other big name workshops for my car in the past but the only place that I feel at home is at Allen's. Allen & his family know these cars inside and out and have the real Mercedes software to code and fix issues properly. With Allen and his team they REALLY look after your car, work fast and concentrate on the issues until they are fixed. Everyone works so hard to make you happy & are very approachable they give you many options as well.I always remember how Mercedes Sydney quoted me $10,000 for front and rear brakes on this C 63 but Allen replaced the brakes with genuine parts for under $3000. This was 2.5 years ago and the brakes perform just like day 1.I only trust International Autohaus with my car. You will never find another shop like them - I promise.

I've been to them twice and am extremely happy with the professionalism transparency and advice that Con offered, I was reassured that the car was in good hands. I will continue to go there despite the fact they are almost 40kms away from me! Personally it's worth the trip, especially if you have a cherished vehicle that you need well looked after. Would highly recommend.

Very pleased with the work done by Allen and the team installing a downpipe and tune on my RS3. First thing that should be mentioned is that Allen spent over 20 minutes on the phone with me during my initial call to him. In my profession one can bill an item 23 for that amount of time spent. Allen is very knowledgeable in his domain. I was very pleased to learn that he knew about the inherent wastegate rattle and this clearly reflects the team’s passion in what they do. He provided the benefits and drawbacks of each product/option and then his genuine recommendation. When I arrived, he greeted me and clarified the work that was to be done. The team was punctual and returned the car to me in good condition and on time. Demonstration given to me before I drove off. Technical aspects of the tune were excellent with good power and torque gains. Exhaust note now represents quality over quantity. Pops bangs and crackles are not excessive, but measured, as I had requested. So far the car has run reliably without any macroscopic issue that I can identify. I most appreciated the attitude and patience of this team. There are plenty of competing tuners and service centres but I will return to International Autohaus for regular service and will recommend to my colleagues looking for a company to trust their assets with.

It was my first time booking my Car with International Autohaus and this certainly won't be the last.Allen was very prompt to answer all my questions. He provided transparency and a clear breakdown of the costs.This really provided me the confidence that I am not going to be taken advantage of or be automatically charged for a service that was not necessary.Their workshop is also very clean and tidy, which just goes to show the sense of ownership from Allen and his team.No wonder why a lot has spoken highly of this workshop.Looking forward to book my car in for further upgrades and tune!!
