Rude and incompetent staff in reception. As a tradesman, after rescheduling my days work to have my vehicle worked on, they tell me my booking that I made in person isn’t available and I’d have to reorganise for a later date. Whilst I waited for her to tell me that that’s the case she plays fetch with a dog around my feet in the waiting area of the businesses reception, as if to signify the state of professionalism you may encounter if you ever attend this business. No doubt the mechanics know what they’re doing but are let down by the inadequacy of the front of house staff.

Trish at orient street motors the most unprofessional, inhumane women I have ever come into contact with. I have video evidence of her verbally abusing a customer and asking for money from friends or family. This lady is disrespectful and money hungry and has 0 morals or values in this industry. From myself and two other people close in my life in individual incidents, Trish, has asked if we, in the case cannot provide money for service “why can we not ask a family member or friend for money”. I am 18 and I do not think this is acceptable to be demeaned in public in this disrespectful and ignorant manner to the fact of financial hardship in this world.

Great place to get your car serviced by quality mechanics. They are fair with their prices which is to be expected for quality tradespeople.

These guys are always helpful and accomodating. Even when you’re in a spot of bother with your car. Throughout our car troubles they have kept me informed and laid out my options while ensuring I still got to work on time when I dropped the car off.
