Nutrien Water - Busselton

I had Mark and the team at Nutrien Water Busselton redesign my reticulation recently. They supplied everything I needed from submersible bore pump to gear drive sprinkler heads recently. Their product knowledge and approachability was exactly what I needed to get the system installed. I was included in the system design and modifications to suit my needs. They walked me through testing my water supply. They supplied me with a full set of plans.The new submersible pump and controller work perfect with good coverage of my lawn and the water pressure is exactly what was designed pre install.I could not recommend Nutrien Water Busselton highly enough and they will be the only reticulation company I will use in Busselton.

These guys are absolutely brilliant!I went there, for the first time a few months ago with a rough idea of what I wanted but never imagined that I would receive the level of attention and service that I did.Mark took the time to sit with me and patiently map out my retic plan to make sure that the job would be done right. His attention to detail, his product knowledge and his determination to get everything right for me was impressive, to say the least.And, thanks to his attention to detail and great advice, I've got the best lawn in the neighbourhood :)It's incredibly rare to get customer service of this calibre and, as a result, when I was ready to upgrade my existing controller, just a few days ago, it was off to Nutrien in Busselton to see what they could advise.The guys hooked me up with a new controller with a wifi module and, again, 1st class customer service thrown in.When I got the controller hooked up, I was having problems with getting it working (turned out to be my error) so I thought I'd give the guys at Nutrien a quick call. Duncan's commitment to helping me was well and truly beyond the call of duty and completely unexpected.To top it all off, everything that I've bought from these guys, so far, has been very reasonable priced and yet the customer service they provide is absolutely priceless.I can not speak highly enough of Nutrien Busselton.
