Best priced Mulch I’ve found in Cairns - had 6 cubic metres delivered to my place on the southside of Cairns. Mulch + delivery was less than $140. They discount for larger amounts I believe. Like all mulches there were a few pieces of plastic or other rubbish items in the mix - but far less compared to the council mulch. I think 6-8 small pieces in 6 cubic metres is pretty acceptable!They take green waste the same as the Cairns transfer station (the dump) - but cheaper per load to dump green waste during normal business times: $10 @ Cairns mulch vs $13.50 at the council site. The load arrived in a mini-tipper truck - which would fit down a lot of side-access driveways: about the width of a large 4wd. Only drawback - I needed more mulch and you have to book ahead a few days for deliveries.

Went there on work related matter and seems to be a well run business. Busy place depending on time of day and weather of course.
