Called Bucky came within half hour looked at car told me what was wrong and what needed to fixed said he'd come Wednesday to work on car and Wednesday car was fixed. Fair price I reckon cheaper and alot less stress than taking it to a garage. Have booked service with him and to sort out few other bits with car. Highly recommended good old school mechanic

Tried to use him twice, first time he just said he was too busy and gave me the number of another mechanic, second time didn't turn up, didn't even bother letting me know, I called him after he failed to show up and he says yeah?! What do you want?!" that was 2 days ago

Obviously Bucky is very busy bloke but he gets the job done! Explains clearly about the issue with the car and clearly explains what happens if it doesn't get sorted right away. Quality service by a experienced mechanic. I recommend to book in advance as he is a very busy mobile mechanic! Will book a service in the near future.

I needed a mobile mechanic in Darwin area and came across Bucky at Northern Mobile Mechanics. Bucky went out of his way to travel to where I was broken down at Howard Springs and got me going very quickly indeed. He is obviously a very experienced mechanic and I would recommend his services to anyone who needs mechanical and maintenance services done on their vehicle.

The reviews here are deserved, our 2003 Suzuki threw the fanbelt and wrecked the pulleys, Bucky came the same day, ordered parts and then modified them to fit, found a radiator leak also. Very helpful and professional, a very experienced mechanic
