I don’t know what processes are in place to deal with tax returns done via email. I sent my email and attachments in and received an acknowledgment email saying it would be about 6-8 weeks as it was busy. Fair enough. But 5-6months later and after I have called about 4 times chasing up my tax return.. still nothing sent to me or phone call. I was told “yes it’s right here on my desk, finishing it off and I’ll send it to you tonight” and over a week later and still nothing.Reception staff are lovely. But I won’t be going here again.

Worst service ever! I booked my income tax return session in Sep ,and I didn't receive my tax return after 6 months. I sent them an E-mail, they told they forgot to lodge my tax return. After a month,I finally got my money. They told me, I could got $900 back, but I only got $300. Then I sent them 3 more E-mails in the following 3 months asking why there is such a huge difference, with NO REPLY!!! They took my money, made me lost $600, then then start ignoring me.

Great accountants who know my workforce entitlements I always highly recommend these guys, only thing is I'd prefer same day tax lodging otherwise 2 weeks wait turns into 3-4 like it has this year. Overall great service.

I have lodge my tax with this tax agency before and had a great experience, this year was different though. I started to do my tax in the beginning of august through email, as i am in Brisbane now and i didnt get a reply for weeks at a time, all through sending questions and same emails again and wondering where it is at. Finally upon receiving it, there was mistakes on it and pointing them out no reply again. For that reason i turned to someone else! my tax agents name was Shivaun. Very disappointed as i thought highly of this agency before!
