I had a Groupon voucher, a migraine the night before, was feeling ill and sore and didn't know what to expect. My appointment started right on time and I immediately felt Susan cared about how I was feeling as she got straight to helping as best as she could. Susan used quality oils, knew of their benefits and chose them carefully based on how they could help me. She altered the treatment to suit me and I can honestly say I felt so much better afterwards.I felt comfortable, respected, cared for ... there was a high level of empathy and professionalism that I'd never really come across before.I couldn't believe the care I received even with a heavily discounted voucher. 5 STARS.
