Poor service, impossible to get a hold of, did not complete clean.Edit: Their 'customer service' has not tried to contact me once, but they are trying to get all my reviews removed...that why that have such a suspiciously high rating.Right not I can't get in contact with them at all no matter how much I try and they have about $600 they've taken from me, they didn't complete the clean and are refusing to acknowledge me or give a refund. I'm literally going to have to go to Fair Trading to try and get my money back.DO NOT USE FANTASTIC!!!

I had an ant infestation, so I called Fantastic Services Brisbane for help. The technician arrived on time and was able to get rid of them in just one visit. I highly recommend this company for anyone dealing with ant infestations.

We had rats in our house, but now we no longer have to be afraid of them because Fantastic Services Brisbane took care of the problem. The exterminators they sent were professional and polite. They explained everything to us and even gave us some extra tips to prevent future rat problems. Thanks a lot for everything!

I have never had to deal with ants in my home until recently. Luckily, I found Fantastic Services Brisbane. I am very impressed with the company and the provided service! They were able to do an ant extermination treatment on my home and teach me what I needed to do to keep ants out of my house in the future.

Asked them to clean my lounges. Guy did a great job of that. But in doing so, left huge dirty stains on my tiled floor and didn't clean up the mess.Reported the issue to management. They have stuffed me around for 2 weeks with no resolution offered yet.The service from these clowns is anything BUT fantastic. Would NEVER recommend.

I love that this company cares about its customers. They took the time to listen to me, to check in after their work had been done. I had some issues with bed bugs at home, so I called Fantastic Services Brisbane for help. They sent out an exterminator, and he was able to help me get rid of those nasty pests. Great service!

Choosing fantastic service to do my end of lease cleaning was the worst decision I have ever made.They said they guarantee the job to be done but the second they took your money, you will have a really hard time getting ANY re-attending or communication if the job is not done properly. The following is lengthy.-The cleaners arrive on the property between 0900 and 1000 in several waves on 29/03.-No cleaning is commenced prior to 1200 as I was informed by one of the staff that the people with the equipment haven't arrived yet". I was assured by the lady leading the team that everything was in hand

I called Fantastic Services Brisbane about a giant cockroach problem, and we needed it fixed immediately. They came the same day and did a great job — we haven't seen any nearly as big since.
