Country Nails and Beauty at Kmart

I go to country nails at settlement city and I will 100% continue to go there. I went to the one at Kmart for convenience and got what I get every single time and have for years and was stung with removal of nail polish $5 fee that didn't notify me about or even discuss. As I sat having them done I saw them do it to three other people. Not to mention how rude they where to the customers. I won't be back and I will not support this particular business I will however continue going to settlement city.Definitely avoid Kmart one.They also don't do the massage in a spa pedi

Was so sadly disappointed and let down today. We rang and made an appointment for 2 adults and one little child for a lovely experience.They were 40 mins late, were so rude to us, and then when we tried to leave as we didn’t have time, they insisted we stay.They then rushed over us, muttering to each other, and did my 6 year old in a record 4 mins! No cream, no scrub, and no top coat.When I said we were disappointed and really let down by the way we were treated, the lady simply turned her back and walked away from me. I would never make a scene publicly or embarrass my daughter, so I paid $70 and left, upset and mortified. It was truly horrific, and ruined a girls day out. I have repeatedly asked for an email address or direct number so I can chat with someone and got told no.

Going in for my fortnightly infill I chose Country nails at Kmart versus Port central and Settlement city. After ringing up and making an appointment 2 hours prior. I sat in the waiting room for 50 mins. Staff let other people sit down before me even though I had been waiting longer. After an hour of waiting they had 3 different ladies do my nails. The last being an older lady. I asked for French tips. She had painted on the tips quite uneven and it was really noticeable. When I asked the lady to repaint one of them, she huffed and threw my hand away banging it into the Covid safety glass. I was quite embarrassed because everyone in the salon looked at the entire situation. This lady was then pointing at me and then talking to her coworkers. When I walked out to pay I said I wasn’t happy with my service. She tapped the machine onto my card which I had in my hand. Turned around and walked away. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS BUSINESS.

I regularly use the Country Nail salons in Port Macquarie and haven’t had a problem. But today I had the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. The young girl was obviously still learning but needs a more senior staff member to oversee what she’s doing. I had to stop her when she started putting polish on before even cutting or filing my nails! Shellac looks terrible and I’m going to have to go elsewhere to have it redone. Disappointed.

I wouldn't recommend having a pedicure here. The service was very average.

very disappointed with the customer service, i’ve been going to the country nails in settlement city and port central and they do exactly that i ask, from inconvenience we had to go to the county nails next to kmart. when we walked in they said to come back on half an hour when we came back half hour later they had let people infront of us so we had to wait another half and hour. i asked for acrylic shalace and they tried to charge me 25$ more then the original 65$ price, they burnt my nails with the electric nail file and when we asked for what we wanted the male worker rolled his eyes at us

I went to port central and loved it and went to the Kmart one and didn’t get what I asked for it was $10 extra then port central they burnt my nails with the drill and was not happy with the results it looked nothing like what I normally get do not recommend going here port central and settlement city are the ones to go to
