Ordered some marine carpet online and after over a week with no update on order, sent an email. After no response, phoned to be told would chase it up. Received an email saying had no been dispatched yet but would request it as urgent or I could pick up from store (200km away, hence why I ordered online).It has now been nearly 4 weeks, and still nothing. Refund my money, I have purchased elsewhere.
