I was very impressed with their knowledge of the market, with Nicole spending time to explain the market dynamics and rental prices in the area to ensure I was informed on the appropriate market rate. The team at One Agency were very thorough undertaking an inspection of the property as if it was their own and this was important to me as I wanted to ensure my property stay's in good condition for my renters. Nicole and Kristy found lovely tenants. The team at ONE agency go above and beyond in all areas of property rental. I would thoroughly recommend this team if you're considering renting your property out. If you are a renter, I also recommend One Agency as this group have a fabulous portfolio of properties. I first came in contact with local agent Marko Maric that I met while walking on the streets in my area.Once we started to talk, it was obvious to me that he is the agent that I would love to do business with, kind, passionate, knowledgeable and he actually listened to my concerns, so when my house was getting close to be rented I called him in, he came and he introduced me to their rental property manager Nicolle McBryde.She happened to be just as pleasant to deal with like Marko was.The communication with Nicolle was just so easy, she took time to listen, kindly reported back to me any new updates and waited for my decision.Now being in business with them for 7 months, I can just say: amazing, well done OneAgency, and I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking to buy or sell, 10/10
