Due to the lockdown I ordered my bag online for home delivery. I opted for speedy delivery but when I had checked out I noticed that this had slipped off the order. I immediately messaged and asked if I could amend and pay for speedy delivery and Melissa emailed me back immediately and said she would send speedy delivery, and at no extra cost to me. Excellent customer service and I am absolutely delighted with my tote bag. Thank you!

I bought a gorgeous purse! A stunning brown. The range of leather wear is quite extensive. I particularly like the coloured fur. The display format is basic yet effective, allowing quick comparisons between items. The staff were friendly, but not overbearing. Note that the outlet is down one of the lanes in South Melbourne market. There’s easy parking at the top on the building which gives you two hours free parking on market days.
