Seal Innovations at Wingfield, SA are great: Friendly, professional, fair price for a blow-in like me, and most importantly they had in stock the tiny wiping seals I needed for an old mini excavator pilot control valve. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

It's Saturday morning, you need a special O-ring for your water pump housing and auto part stores can't help you because they only sell what's in the Champion" kits... Luckily SIL Seal Imports is open until 11AM and they have those unique (PITA) O-rings for anything you need

Used Seal Innovations quite a bit but now going elsewhere. They don't return phone calls, say they have stock when they don't and didn't send an invoice copy for a purchase a week ago when their printer was down despite 2 requests. Customer service is rubbish.Had to send an employee on a 350km drive to another supplier to get the seals we should have got yesterday. Other supplier was a lot cheaper too!
