Great product, great service. We had these screens installed over 8 years ago and they've been fantastic. However, they recently needed a service and Peter came out quickly and spent over an hour meticulously resetting the mechanism and cleaning the track etc. He was a real professional and you could tell he took great pride in his work. And at the end of it, there was nothing to pay! It was all part of the warranty. You might get cheaper screens, but they won't last as long as Retractascreens, and you certainly won't get better service. Thanks Peter!

We have a large retractascreen and love the product. Had some issues with the screen and Peter has called on us unquestioning twice, worked cheerfully for well over an hour each time and would not take a $. Great service and back up, I recommend Retractascreen and thank Peter for his willingness and service. The screen is ideal for a large sliding door and folds away to nothing. A great idea for outdoor entertaining.

I had a Retractascreen installed 10 years ago and on two occasions called for service assistance, one recently the other four years ago. With wear and tear I fully expected to have to pay a sum for worn items and time spent by Peter in fixing the “Worn” items. There was NO CHARGE On either service call !!!!!! This is service Above and Beyond expectations.To prospective customers I would advise to LOOK NO FURTHER you will be satisfied

We have had a new screen installed in the last few weeks. We have been extremely happy with the service provided by the team. Simone was lovely to deal with over the phone, from arranging times for the initial quote and final installation. Peter was great with the quote and final installation, especially when he discovered the old damaged screen was not installed quite as expected. He made some adaptions and the screen fits perfectly. Peter also fixed the metal grinding sound on double stacker sliding door. The quality of the screen is excellent.

Our Retractascreens are one of the best things we've ever purchased for our home. Such a clever design, works beautifully, lets us enjoy opening up to our outdoor area when we need to without disrupting our views with not in use - couldn't ask for anything more.Extra big thank you to the amazing team for installing them and doing such an incredible job (there was a very small issue with one of the screens when we first went to use them, and the owner came out same day to fix it for us - their customer service is second to none).Couldn't recommend the team and the product more highly.
