I have been a client of Ambient's since the business started. They have always been extremely professional and deliver a great cleaning service. Tracy does an exceptional job and is very thorough. I would recommend both Ambient and Tracy to anyone needing a high quality clean for their house.

Have loved using Ambient Home Group! Our regular cleaner is punctual, leaves our house sparkling clean and has a lovely manner. Invoices are sent promptly and I can pay online easily.

We have used Ambient Home Group for cleaning our apartment since March 2022. While they are on the more expensive side, I like that this business has a team of employees that will be able to step in if our regular assigned cleaner is away. I cannot comment on quality of service, as I never actually got to the stage of anyone cleaning my home. I booked online and chose a day and time that would suit me as prompted. I received a confirmation email with the day and time I had selected, and the name of the individual assigned to carry out the service. The next day I was sent a form to fill out to provide further information, which I did immediately. I then received no further communication until the day I had selected for the cleaning service (a number of days after the booking), when a quote came through via email.I called the number listed, as I did not want to accept the quote without understanding when the service would occur (as it seemed unlikely it would occur later that day). I spoke to Amber who was extremely rude, and told me my booking had not been approved and the service would not occur that day.It was not communicated prior that what I had selected a was preferred day, but this would not be confirmed until approved, and I was certinaly not told that approval would take up to a week. Moreover, Amber was abrupt and rude to me on the phone, and made it clear she is too busy to consider new clients.I certainly would not recommend this service, particularly if you require timeliness or reliability (such as for end of lease cleaning).
