Nice and practical. I appreciate how attentive each of the coaches are with all the participants. They were very informative of why certain techniques are used for self defence, as well as why some techniques are ineffective. I really enjoyed the demonstrations given; they were both educational and entertaining. A wonderful experience. Already plan to go to the other scheduled workshops.

Went to the Female Self Defense Class it was great fun and most important it teach us how we can protect ourself. Love the way Sifu Jack's teaching method, demonstration and how we get to practice and learn. Will 100% recommend to other and look forward to the next Self Defense class.

My daughters started learning Wing Chun from Sifu Jack and his team about 6 months ago. The instructors are friendly and professional, I watched my daughter's grading last week and I was amazed how much they've learnt over the past few months.As a father of two young girls, I felt it is essential to give them the opportunity to arm themselves with some self-defence skills, in fact my sister once got herself out of trouble with Wing Chun, hence I decided to let them learn from Sifu Jack.My daughters enjoyed their Sunday lesson and look forward to their online lessons every week. Both my partner and I have also started taking lessons despite our busy life at work, and we really appreciate our instructors being so patient with us and provided us with all the help needed, we really enjoyed being at training.Give it a go. No too young or never too old to learn, we highly recommend Practical Wing Chun.

recently was on a self defence class on Griffith campus and it was great! the instructors was very good at making it a comfortable and fun atmosphere. really enjoed how they broke it down to make it easily understandable and gave us time to learn the techniques. learned a lot just from the first class and will definetly join for the next one. Hope to continue with the basics and would be fun to learn how to punch correctly.

I completed the female self defence course recently and it was extremely helpful. I’ve learnt a variety of skills, techniques and manoeuvres that will enable me to escape successfully when faced with a dangerous situation. We were taught how to use everyday items as weapons and I feel a lot safer now having completed the course. I will definitely be returning to learn more next time. Thank you so much to my instructors !

Very entertaining and effective. The teachers very attentive and knowledgeable, we went with my sister to one of their self-defense workshops with multiple attackers, we loved it. We will definitely go again to the next workshops, 100% recommended.

We didn’t know much about practical wing Chung prior to our child joining. Recommended to us by a friend we are very glad we have sent him. Not only has this helped him with self defence it has helped his discipline, motivation and confidence. He enjoys attending and has even been helped with school homework.

I have been learning Wing Chun for about 18 months now. I have never done any martial art previously. I go Saturday mornings and find it a fantastic way to reset after my work week. I feel more confident in my ability to protect myself and others in a physical altercation. It is a good mix of practical self defence, fitness and learning traditional fighting techniques.

I've been part of the PWC family for one year now. I feel I improved a lot in this one year, thanks to the help of the instructors and Sifu.Everybody is so welcoming and supportive, it's really like a big family.Even though I have to leave Australia, PWC showed me my love for martial arts. I started with no prior experience and I'm leaving with the knowledge, that joining PWC was one of the best decisions I made I my life.I highly recommend it :)

My kid joined Practical Wing Chun Kidsfit program since Nov 2022. Sifu Jack is very kind to everyone. All the teachers are very nice too. The centre not only teaching kids how to defend physically (in safe and fun way) but also mentally (by feeding them correct knowledge).I would recommend Practical Wing Chun to every kids.
