I ordered one product online to be delivered by courier to my home (1 hour maximum drive from my home). After 2 weeks of waiting I called them chasing my order and was told that they were having issues with their courier company .i have not received a courtesy call or email notififying me of any delay. I called the again 3 days later and was promised the delivery that day still no delivery or call. Called them againlate afternoon the day after the delivery was promised and they did apologise. I have now asked for a full refund and I will source the same product elsewhere

Today my first time visit ever. Looking for mop head and floor cleaner. She recommnded the best suitable mop head and rod for my floor and she explained how to use and gave me suitable floor cleaner as well. That is call service. Very happy.

Bad customer service by the women at the counter, No respect for customers what's so ever. Also the products are very expensive. wouldn't recommend this place to anyone in the area.
