The salesman wasn't particularly forth coming with help - unfortunately this seems to be normal in today's society, but if you want 5 star reviews then that's not how you go about getting them.I brought in a part which had a seal still in place and he didn't measure it at all and just guessed the size. He guessed wrong.I even asked him about a groove that could be seen about halfway down the inside of the seal and he said it was some other bushing type thing and not to worry about it.

This business has been getting unfriendly and arrogant day by day. I know them from the days when they used to be called Seal-Import. So, I am old customer which makes my review more realistic.I feel that their arrogance arises from that fact that there are very few O-ring manufacturers in Brisbane. I hope a new business comes up soon. I am sure many customers will love to see a new seal supplier business.

I came in to see about some spare O rings for our Mcloughlin Mini Loaders. The guy there was really helpful and bloody switched on. Knew the exact O rings. Can't remember his name. But, will be back.

Wish i could give 0 star. The service was so bad on the phone and at the counter that i prefer to by a new cylinder but nut buying a seal from them.

Ordered various seals through seal innovations. Parts were paid for at the time of order with some parts due in at a later date. Went to collect the parts early on a Saturday morning from the agreed location. No parts were left - various other parcels were in the agreed location ( couldn't have been pinched). After multiple calls to the after hours line and other branches I finally got ahold of the branch manager. Collected seals eventually, no onus from seal innovations by any means. Happy to never deal with seal innovations again.
