I purchased a 10x5 dual axle hot dipped trailer with a cage and ramp.An absolute hassle free experience, great customer service, went above and beyond from my initial enquiry to pick up and payment.I made upgrades on the day and were fitted in no time or hassle.Registration done on the spot very quickly and easily.I had an issue with my towball location, the staff quickly sorted the issue .I dealt with Anthony who gave me old fashioned service/advice,and answered all my questions, which was really appreciated.I would not hesitate to recommend these guys as it is a good quality trailer at a great price with great service and hassle free.Keep up the great work guys.Thanks for all your efforts, Anthony

Amazing trailers, visited their store this morning, fantastic service. Weld quality was top notch, and the mechanical set up is the best I have seen in recent research. Hydraulic brakes, fully sealed bearings, with a neat system to grease out any included water. The torsion suspension system will offer a super quiet ride and the alloy wheels were a great finish. I have recently picked up my 5.3 metre Fibreglass boat fitted to one of the new design KOOF 5.5 metre galvanised trailers. The old trailer was a Boeing trailer in good condition, but it was a little bit too small for the boat, courtesy of an unscrupulous marine dealer who sold the Boat, motor, trailer package to the previous owner.The changeover was painless. I took the boat and old trailer to their factory at Kurnell. 30 minutes later the boat was off and sitting on the new trailer. I left it there to be properly fitted and adjusted and towed the old trailer home. I went back and picked up the boat on the new trailer a couple of days laterThe new trailer is excellent. The boat sits perfectly flat and level and it sits much lower than it did on the old trailer. It tows beautifully thanks to the 185 x 15 alloy landcruiser wheels and the heavy duty torsion axles. Launch and retrieve was very easy and the boat comes back on the trailer nice and straight and very easily. The combination of keel rollers right along, 3 sets of wobble rollers at the front with skids at the rear and centering guides on every keel roller works really well. Everything about the trailer is high quality and heavy duty. The heavy duty galvanised C" channel frame and cross members makes hose down a breeze. We purchased a boat in Sydney that didnt have a trailer, they were extremely knowledgeable about what we would need and went way above and beyond what you would call normal customer service. The trailer is great, very strong and looks really good too! I will be recommending them to others for sure!

Fantastic service and top notch trailer!! Tony went above and beyond to help us out when our trailer needed replacing whilst we were travelling up the coast. The trailer itself is really something, looks fantastic, has all the bells and whistles and is perfect for our boat. Tony gave us sound advice and lots of help considering we couldn’t take our boat to him. Our boat looks wonderful on its new wheels!! Tony stayed late to finish the trailer off and get it ready for the road, gave really fantastic service and was very committed to helping us get on our way. Took my boat to KOOF for some modifications - they listened to my requirements & made suggestions then asked if it was urgent. Having said No" I was extremely surprised to get a call the next day telling me the job was completed. Can't beat that for good service? And it was a neat
