Serge the manager was very nice and patience when explaining the car details to me during the pick up. I would rate 9/10 for them, the only imperfection is the long wait for Jimny! It took nearly a year! I guess it’s worth the wait? Hahahaa

Very happy with the customer service from GWS Suzuki.Graham De Silva was extremely helpful when I attended on site for a test drive. He also quickly responded to all my follow up questions via email and sms.Serge also chimed in with some valuable advice about the Swift that I ended up purchasing (went in there intending to buy the Ignis). The advice was honest and helpful, it did not feel like an upsell" that is so indicative of the classic car salesman stereotype.I felt like a valued customer all the way through."
