We purchased a softbox from here and cannot commend enough the customer service received from Michael. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. Michael went out of his way to ensure other options of receiving the item apart from delivery were made available. Moreover there was an issue with our softbox received which we planned to use for this weekend's shoot, and Michael not only followed this up promptly, but replaced ours upon return. We will be coming back in future.
