The $34.90 whole chicken meal was definitely worth the money. Can easily feed 3 adults. The garlic sauce in tabouli was delicious and very punching flavour. I will definitely go again and can’t wait to try other items.

The online ordering system is so misleading. It makes you believe that the order would be ready in under 30 minutes but I was asked to wait an additional 15 minutes even though the order status was ready to collect online. I love the food and the garlic sauce especially but the service makes me want to go to a different place next time.

Great selection of food. Wraps, burgers and other traditional Lebanese selections. Staff are friendly and helpful. Even while busy, staff are quick to get your order ready and provide fantastic service.Good place to also gather with friends and family to eat in.

Mad hektik Lebanese takeaway food I had chicken chips garlic sauce and bottle of water mad fresh seasoned chicken and chips cooked well garlic sauce not to bad bottle of water eh tasted like water haha $11.90 bruh. friendly staff atmosphere pretty cool mad Aussie Lebanese resteraunt get the frecknhell down their and get a mad feed

I recently went to El Jannah in Penrith and I have to say, it wasn't what I expected. Despite specifically asking for chicken breasts, they gave me legs and wings instead. It was a letdown, especially considering the high price of $60. I would have appreciated it if they had either given me what I asked for or let me know beforehand that they didn't have chicken breasts available.To make matters worse, I wanted some pickles, but they told me it would cost an extra $6. I thought that was way too expensive for just pickles. When I asked for a smaller portion, they insisted that only the larger size was available. This lack of flexibility left me feeling frustrated and unsatisfied.Although the food itself was decent, the service and pricing issues really affected my overall experience. I believe that customers should be treated fairly and with clear information. Unfortunately, these aspects were lacking during my visit. It would have been much better if the staff had been more accommodating and considerate of customer requests.I hope El Jannah Penrith takes this feedback into consideration and works on improving these issues. Future customers deserve a better dining experience.

Delicious charcoal chicken that, along with tabbouleh, baba ganoush, chips, and pickles, fed three adults with leftovers remaining. My only quibble is that the pickles (not sure what they are, but the pink ones are probably beetroot and the others are some root vegetable) are incredibly salty. I asked my friends who love this place if that’s how they usually are, and apparently it is. We got takeaway. The restaurant itself is really cute, lots of seating. Lots of fake plants, but cool vibe, and whoever designed their witty branding did a good job.

Big spacious dining area; one staff attentive in cleaning/refreshing each table. Eat-in for lunch experience; food order came in as quick and very substantial for $35 meal for 2people.Observed take-away orders consistent traffic… dine-in lesser.Charcoal chicken… smokiness flavours are there however, this whole chicken we had is a bit on the dry side. Complete meal is good value… however, not sure if this still a “good eat” compared to early days of the business. Maybe before… more attention is given to cooking time? I can only say… 3/5 …. average score.

Sorry but one star , the last 4 times you keep forgetting the garlic sauce… the food is only average and I had to wait 30 mins for my order so when I noticed no sauce again nope one star . I remeber once I wanted garlic sauce last minute and they chucked a tantrum because it’s extra -_-

El Jannah Penrith - what a disgrace. You have a fancy new fit out but clearly your mind is on money and not on quality. I purchased a bag of bread (usually contains 6 rounds)…. When I got home I found the bag was opened with 4 rounds and another piece that looked like it went through a washing machine…. How grubby! Most likely someone’s dirty fingers have been all over this! And because I paid with cash and didn’t keep my receipt (because who would keep a receipt for bread?!?)… the ‘customer service’ at the HQ didn’t want to know about it. That’s ok, because now everyone who reads this will know about it and you can be certain that you’ve lost at least one customer now.
