StayCentral Fitzroy Converted Warehouse Penthouse (Book Direct)

Highly recommend - this rental is amazingly spacious, filled with light, and very comfortable. All amenities are available. Great location, minutes walk away from major streets with everything one could want. I appreciate the charm of a place that's been previously lived in and loved - the plants and art make this a home - the opposite of a sterile rental. Views are open and expansive, with an exceptional view of Melbourne's CBD skyline from the bathroom :) Great shower and separate tub, comfortable beds, with darkening blinds in bedrooms.I hunkered down here during the Covid19 quarantine. Since I was stuck mostly inside, I'm blessed & grateful to have found this spacious, warm, comfortable, sunlit place. (With a great deck to have evening solo dance parties under the moon. :) I couldn't give a higher recommendation.

We loved staying in Fitzroy and especially the Penthouse with its wonderful views over Fitzroy skyline from the city lights to the inner suburb houses and green spaces.With local cafes, restaurants and easy tram on Smith St to the city we had a wonderful time exploring the delights of Melbourne.

In the last two years, I've spent six months in Melbourne on three different business trips. This apartment has become my home away from home. The space is wonderful. The patio has one of the most impressive views of Melbourne. The underground parking is essential. The location is divine. Everything inside is tasteful, spotless and well taken care of. Chris and his colleagues at Stay Central are super communicative and extremely quick to respond to any questions or concerns. When I'm not at this apartment, I miss it. Could not recommend staying here more.

Great stay and definitely recommend. A bright and leafy rooftop warehouse in the heart of all the action of Fitzroy, what not to like!?! It was the perfect safe haven during covid as the apartment and balcony is so large and open. I loved and end up using the kitchen a lot but also really enjoyed supporting so many local businesses that are working in the Fitzroy community to transform to home delivery and takeaways. Loved spending time wandering the streets with take away coffees and checking out all the local grafitti.

I stayed at this amazing two-storey converted warehouse earlier this year, and I loved the expense and detail that the owners had gone to with decor and furnishings. It really is a unique and really spacious place to stay. I just loved the left king bedroom overlooking the living area below.I have stayed at several StayCentral properties over the years and this one was a delight to stay here with family, but it is also so nice to have the constant attention to detail that typifies StayCentral and its' staff.I would highly recommend a stay at this property with its' large patio on the top level of the building, and so surrounded by the amazing, eclectic Fitzroy area and the history that goes with it.
