Sarah, the manager of this clinic, is highly unprofessional.The technician was lovely and professional.However, due to miscommunication, I was asked to pay for a laser session after a staff member informed me upon booking that a session from my package at a different clinic could be transferred to this clinic (which I confirmed twice with her). I only booked recently, but was told that the call log has been deleted when I asked about why I was misinformed and if there was anything I could do to confirm what I had been told on the phone. It was a $29 session; not a lot but enough to honour what I was told upon booking instead of accusing me of misremembering. I am not a confrontational person, and I wish Sarah the best with her business. But her attitude towards me, a respectful customer, (ignoring me and not making eye-contact when the time came to pay for the session, probably because she knew it was wrong or was expecting me to be rude in return - I wasn’t) is a sure-fire way to lose clientele, especially when you are in a management position. Reviews similar to mine aren’t difficult to find, I wish I had read them prior to my appointment.Again, $29 isn’t enough to get upset about, it was the treatment of myself as a customer that really upset me. It is evident that other customers have felt this way after being ‘misinformed’. Honouring what I was told on the phone would have made a big difference. Perhaps the call logs should be kept for longer, if it was even deleted. I understand if I was given the wrong information, however this is an internal issue and I wouldn’t have made the booking at this clinic if I knew my payment wasn’t covered by the package I paid a considerable amount of money for. I was thinking of booking additional skin treatments because I really liked the technician, but I will not be going back to this clinic.

Very professionally run. Friendly staff and always on time . Clean clinic rooms. Krystal really takes the time to listen and treat the areas of removal very well. I’m so happy with the results. Thank you Krystal so appreciate your professionalism and friendly manner.

I had dysport injections done and my consultant was absolutely lovely and greatly informative. After getting injections done a few times, it was nice to be reminded of the aftercare. I tried to do the survey that was texted to me but the link expired immediately and I was unable to complete a survey that way. It worked great, results kicked in about 10 days after but I feel more at ease about how my forehead looks now. If this same consultant is there, I will go again. Apologies, I cannot recall her name.

I have been attending Australian Skin Clincs at Carindale for a very long time! My first consult was with Krystal for my skin. She was amazing, she takes such great care of her clients which is very hard to find these days! She really values her clients she will make sure your comfortable for the treatment and any concerns she will happily help with no hesitation! Thank you!

Hannah & Parvin are my laser technicians & I cannot fault them.The customer service is 5 star with them both.Each time I contact Australian Skin clinics, each time I speak with someone there are so helpful & will always try to accommodate my time frames.I have been coming to Australia Skin clinics for a couple of years now, hence why I keep coming back.I can highly recommend Carindale Australian Skin Clinics.

I have been attending Australian skin clinics at Carindale since 2019.The service is always great here.I have tried several treatments and have always left happy. I have had positive experiences with all the staff but in particular Krystal. She is absolutely passionate about what she does. She goes out of her way to make sure you're feeling comfortable and answers all your questions. I have referred many friends to this wonderful clinic.

Brooke was my laser therapist today and she was amazing, made sure I knew everything about the treatment and made sure I felt really comfortable with her. Couldn’t recommend Carindale Australian Skin Clinics more.

I first came to Carindale Australian skin clinic in 2018, I was keen to try laser hair removal and treatments for face pigmentation. I wasn't too sure at first and Krystal was amazing at explaining how it all works and what would be best for my skin. I then started laser hair removal and microdermabrasian, with great results. I love that I feel safe and can trust Krystal with my skin, whenever new treatments come out, she always makes sure she knows what she is doing and who would benefit from the treatment. I've now also tried azyeme facials and gentle skin peels with the micro and I'm loving the results. I must say a big thank you to Krystal, for her guidance, knowledge, caring nature and friendly personality, I know I'm in good hands and look forward to my next visit.

I have been to this clinic many times always found the staff friendly and welcoming. They make you feel very comfortable and explain every part of your treatment. Would highly recommend them and will always be happy to continue getting my treatments here.
