Rang and spoke to a person that seemed very disinterested was told he would get the correct person to call me back with the info i needed and price on parts for an excavator.Waited 4 or 5 hours and then rang back to see if the person i needed was there as i haven't received a call yet, same guy same disinterested attitude with just the right amount of annoyed that i was putting him out thrown in.Never got that call back so i guess they didn't need the money so i'll be giving them a wide berth, customer service is everything and if you don't get any service why should you give them any of your money.One star rating and i honestly don't think they even deserved that!And australian businesses wonder why we buy offshore!

Bought a loader from this company 8 years ago. Loader good, after sales service and parts NON EXISTENT!!! Bought another loader 3 years ago different company (I'm not stupid!) because the parts department had less idea of what they had than me. Recently I tried again for parts (1 month ago) and Mark has started in spare parts. This man has great customer service, knows his stuff and is a straight shooter. The only reason I would ever buy from this company again is if Mark stays and works there for a good while. Thanks Mark, really helps my business, Cheers.

Do not buy a machine from Active Machinery. Our loader has done 405 hours and needs a complete engine rebuild. Service is the poorest I have ever experienced. The machine has been broken down for 6 months fighting with them to fix it. Can't wait any longer we are purchasing a engine rebuild kit at our own expense which has also taken 4 months to arrive from China. Also received an injector which was second hand and did not work.We have been requesting to speak to the Manager who will never call us back. He only emails with an update that he is chasing up parts. He never addresses any of our complaints or issues. We are going to take them to court. PATHETIC company to deal with. Do not buy these machines it has been broken more than it has worked.

One of my friend purchase equipment from them and the after sale service was very poor. Even the staff are so rude.

So our loader that was purchased brand new in July 2019 is parked up again due to a transmission oil leak. Called service and told they cannot get a service person here until February, 2 months, and will not let a local service person look at the machine without voiding the warranty. We are currently in the midst of the worst drought ever and we’re relying on the loader to put out feed for our cattle but active will not work in and allow any one else to fix the issue so we are now faced with further expenses to hire a replacement or cart a tractor between properties. Thanks active for making the drought even harder

Well that's good to know don't mind selling but when trouble comes along people don't want to know you ,,bad business

Bought a mini digger AM300DT machine around 2 months ago from Dandenong .But it is giving too much trouble too many times track off and last week machine was smoked and all battery wires burnt starter burnt. As it was under warranty and company refused to do anything and giving excuses. So don't buy this machine you r wasting your money.Thanks

Do not purchase from this company! Purchased a loader for $40k, needed a new windscreen, they sent the wrong one and refused point blank to own up to the mistake and pay to freight the incorrect one back, service was so appalling we went with a local company to make a windscreen and fit it. Same vehicle, purchased parts for servicing, again, sent wrong ones and refused to pay freight back. Absolutely appalling service, do not want to know you after they’ve got their hands on your money. Steer clear.Yes this is the correct company!!

Check your record in sales or i will send u a copy of document for my machine what i bought i spoke with mark in parts and mark in sales and another one in sale I bought skid loader AM300DT from Active machinery after 2 months its started problem and i called them they told me there r no mechanic available to check machine for next 3 weeks and during work machine starter motor was burnt i called them they dont have parts for machine need to order from china 3 weeks wait they always transfer call to each other depart never goin buy machine again
