I sent in a vehicle for a hail damage assessment. John the owner claimed it would take one day, i was notified by his staff at 3.00pm the same day that they need another day to assess the vehicle. When John was contacted he was rude, abrupt and offensive when i expressed my disapointment. I contacted RACV and they advised they are not an approved repairer and instructed us to pick up the vehicle un assessed. We took the vehicle to an RACV approved repairer and the vehicle was assessed while we waited. If they cant assess a vehicle on time i would hate to think how long i would be waiting for my car to be repaired.

I had a repair done on my bt50 andhonestly was the best job I've seen. They re painted the side and I could even see the had touched it. I would and have recommended this place to a few people. Also plan to take my project cat here when it's ready for paint

I had some work done on my car here a few years ago. JP was initially very helpful but then totally screwed me over. Fooled me into getting a heap of things fixed that weren't necessary, then, when I picked the car up there was a noise coming from the front wheel. I had to go back and drive the guy around so he could listen to the sound and argue with me about whether it was there before they worked on it or not. Turned out when they had put it back together the brake dust cover thingo was rubbing somewhere. To top it off they badly chipped the paint on my bonnet whilst they had the car and then refused to repair or pay for it. JP confirms every bad stereotype about mechanics.
