We hired the maxi Cosi Capsule from absolute baby with our second baby . Bec installed the car seat and guided me through everything I needed to know. Always good to support local businesses. If I had known about this place before I would have got my first capsule from here. If I have any concerns or issues I can always pop down and they are happy to check everything over for me. Always nice to feel very welcomed as I did. Would definitely recommend.

I feel terrible I don’t remember her name but the lady there was lovely! My son loved her. She readjusted both my 17 month olds whole car seat and my 4 year olds seat straps. She taught me a few things I didn’t know and I’m so grateful! I also got a head rest mirror put in and my youngest’s set up looks so good! She’s SO happy now and can see everything much better.

Cannot recommend highly enough. Bec installed three car seats for me and provided an extension tether required for the reverse car seat install. Speedy, professional and extremely knowledgeable in all things child safety. Thank you for providing a peace of mind whilst travelling with my children.

I got 2 kids cars seatsIt was the best service i have ever experienced in a shop. They went above and beyond my expectations to the point I had Multiple cars and they where more then happy to check and refit my 2 kits seats in them. Nothing was a problem. I'll recommend and reuse them.Great customer service.

Amazing experience with Bec from Absolute Baby. Super knowledgeable and helpful. Whilst setting up a hire car seat so my little one was safe whilst I was in town visiting, she took the time to explain some tips about fitting/adjusting my car seat back home. CQ is lucky to have this wonderful business and I’ll be sure to come back when needed.

Having our baby seat installed by Bec was the best thing we did. My husband was just going to do it, or we had other family/friends offer - but for the affordable price Bec charged I’m glad I went with her. Not only did she install it, but Bec explained everything and provided handy tips and hints. She made the whole experience less daunting and I felt reassured my baby would be safe! Lovely lady, knows her stuff, and her shop is full of neat stuff! Definitely recommend!
