I was ready to replace the whole carpet. David replaced the strip of underlay under one area and re-lay the carpet after treating the floorboards and carpet. Another stain only needed topical treatment. No more stain (even on the floorboards) was visible, and the awful smell was gone completely.David's professional and personable manner reminded me of the best tradespeople of my childhood. He has that old-fashioned (in the best possible way) care for what he's doing and respect for your home - this is his business afterall so it's important to him to represent it well. I couldn't give a higher recommendation, and I will be using Chemdry in future for regular cleaning of my carpets.
