At our motel always we have problem like broken windows, doors, shower screen, tap or toilet leaking, sam repair and fix all these repair jobs for us.The last project was some one blow up pressure cooker full of noodles the whole kitchen walls and ceiling was messed up. Removing those noodle and oil from every and repaint the ceiling walls rangehood etc was not an easy job. specily rangehood area. But sam remove those oils noodles and repaint the every thing like orignal. it looks brand new now. I'm really impress from sam and his professional skill. We had Medhl and his crew renovate an old bathroom. They honestly over delivered at a reasonable cost. The quality is excellent . Medhl is very particular and proud of his work which is great. There was a problem with the water flow once finished and he returned the very next day (2hr drive) to resolve, as it happens it was just a filter or something minor.We would recommend Renovation & Maintenance for your residential or commercial projects and they have already quote us for 2 additional jobs.
