Wow what can I say, I went to the 2 day training for MHFA organise thru my work and from the get go I felt so welcome, the office gives off a great vibe that is relaxing but fun, I had Deb as my trainer and she was absolutely amazing so patient, kind and caring. Deb took the time to understand and explain. The course has really given me the confidence to step up and offer support and help to the many that need it. I can’t thank you-group enough for the guidance. Keep up the amazing work.

Attended the 2-day Mental Health First Aid Training with You-Group and was so impressed by these sessions. The content was delivered methodically and in a calm manner, while allowing for much discussion from participants. Both days flew by. I would encourage everyone to undertake this vital training.

I just completed my Mental Health First Aid training with Wayne over two days. It was very organised and professional with a friendly and welcoming environment throughout the training. I liked the balance of delivery which included getting up and participating in small tasks, group discussions, watching videos and of course listening to our instructor. I really learnt some valuable insights based on current industry knowledge and statistics. I feel more empowered to facilitate mental health discussions and from a HR perspective, it helped me to understand how I could implement/improve strategies in the workplace. This training is really for anyone, and I honestly believe everyone should do it. I highly recommend people complete the Mental Health First Aid Training with You Group. Thanks guys!

Mental Health First Aid certificate venue.Was a great course with lot's of clarity provided for participants by the facilitator. Certainly encourage anyone local to participate in this certification as it will benefit greatly. The venue is accessible for people with mobility needs and I noted that the facilitator was quite aware that hearing could be an issue when speaking as he spoke clearly and evenly. There was also the option for captioned video.

I attended the Mental Health First Aid Course conducted by the Y Group. The course was very well organised and the facilitator, Deb, conducted it extremely well. I would like to recommend this course to anyone who would like to learn & support people in the community and also learn how to manage mental health related situations.

I completed the Mental Health First Aid training with You-Group and cannot recommend them enough. The training and facilitators are amazing and the training room and amenities are great.They provided a really welcome environment and the training provided was invaluable
