Robam has great product range and high power rangehood but the in store experience wasn't great. Only one person serving customers. Got to wait long time to be serve if the previous customer was long winded.Beware of changing to this brand of rangehood as the size of ducting use by these rangehood is 180mm and not 120mm. It will be a nightmare to fit 180mm duct into 120mm. Consider this when deciding to buy.Their nominated installer didn't really do a good job installing as they don't use all fittings that comes with it. Now, there seems to be a leak in the duct into my roof which I have to fix.

Worst customer service ever. I would give zero star if it has. The male staff on WeChat is so difficult to contact with. be careful. They wouldn't arrange the contractor to your place unless you promise to pay installation fee no matter how. I said I can pay call out fee if the contractor can't install in some circumstance. The staff refused my solution and kept pushing me to agree with his idea.

Professional high end! We bought the A837 rangehood based on the demonstration and the recommendation of the sales staff. It was such an easy decision - elegant, powerful, functional and long warranty. Perfect for Asian cooking.Just as importantly, the sales staff organised everything, including installation! The installers were very professional, attentive to detail, discussed with the sales staff on the options (difficult installation) and cleaned up within an hour! The sales staff also visited onsite during the installation.Totally thrilled with the entire process and of course, the product....wow high quality, powerful suction and looks so good. The kitchen has been totally transformed with the A837 rangehood. Thank you so much for a pleasurable experience.

I have induction cooking top and range hood installed recently. They are super good with same high quality of other big brands , but cheaper prices. The boss and the whole installation team are friendly and easy people. They work on every aspect of your expectations. Highly recommended.
